Crepe Lasagna (via So Apparently)

Here is a perfect example of the beauty of twitter….. How else would I have found Miss Julia Langer and her blog “So Apparently” had she not followed me @gradtogourmet ? Her site is awesome, and this recipe looks delectable. Lasagna is just one of those Italian dishes that is so deeply imprinted with the traditional seal, it is great to see a new take on it. Can’t wait to give it a try!
